NBA 2014 Opening Night

Finally, it’s arrived.

NBA opening night. The off season was such a bore. But the wait was well worth it. Our fantasy teams are loaded, our NBA jerseys dusted and our Reebok pumps pumped.

Let’s take a look at the best of NBA opening night for the 2014 season.

Yes, that is right. Derrick Rose is back. turns out he wasn’t a figment of our imagination. He actually plays basketball and he is actually pretty good. Watch him split the Heat defense and finish with an aerobatic layup.

Roy Hibbert was in beast mode, protecting the rim and looking Orlando Magic players look foolish. Hibby finished with an Olajuwon-esque 7 blocks. Watch Big Roy swot shots like it ain’t no thing.

The one time Big Roy didn’t protect the ring, Victor Oladipo threw one down with authority. There is always something amazing about watching a Rookie make a huge dunk.

Meanwhile; out West, Blake Griffin is up to his usual tricks in ‘Lob City’. Way to show them, Blake. A picture of that Alley-oop will look great covering the Lakers Championship Banners.

But, not so fast, Blake. Xavier Henry has something to say about it; and he said it right in Chris Paul’s face. Championships, not Selfies

So there we have it. The NBA is finally back and we at AndRise are happy that the basketball stars have aligned across the globe and we are now a midst and taking part int he global basketball economy.

Be sure to check AndRise out all season long for more great basketball content.
